If you were attracted to the Montenegrin coast by the possibility to organize your trip on your own, or to visit old friends, we offer you different types of private accommodation, which doesn’t go behind the quality of hotel accommodation, and it offers you a wider chance to explore the charms of our coast. You shouldn’t neglect the possibility to stay in house with authentically Mediterranean architecture, in which you will spend your time in the manner of the ancient times, but if You are one of those who “carry all the things with themselves”, we offer You a possibility to choose one of the camping sites. |

One star* - a rooms with WC & bathroom common with another room
Two & three stars ** & *** -a rooms with it own bathroom
Apartments category:
One 1 * - four 4 **** - more stars more comfort and better equipments

- 1/1 room - one bedded room
- 1/2 i 1/3 soba – double or triple room
Type of apartment:
Apartment - Apt ; Studio - S
- S 02 - double room with mini-kitchen + bathroom / wc
- Apt 021 -separate double room, mini-kitchen + bathroom / wc
- S 03 - triple room with mini-kitchen + bathroom /wc
- Apt 031 - separate triple room, extra mini-kitchen + bathroom /wc
- Apt 041 - double room + double room with kitchen + bathroom /wc
- Apt 042 -two double rooms, separate kitchen with dining room + bathroom /wc

Notice :
- Studio - a room with mini kitchen and bathroom
- Apartment - separate bedrooms from dining rooms and bathrooms
- Clean and straighten up rooms or apartments(minimum standard ).
- Clean and straighten up is daily, changing bed linen - minimum on 5 days and towels on 3 days
RECEPTION ( Check in & check out procedure ):
- Every day (also Sunday ) from 8.00 a.m. till 22.00 p.m. in our Office in Budva
- Guests can start to use room or apartment on the day of arrival after 14 p.m. & also have to leave room or apartment the last day of holiday before 10.00 a.m.
Pets with guests :
- Only on extra request with our special confirmation.
Board:
- Halfboard ( HB ) means breakfast and supper
- Full board ( FB ) board means breakfast, dinner and supper
- We supply Full or Half Bord in local restourants with proved quality.
