The hotel is situated in three different city buildings: Providur's palace (who was a local authority in period of time when Venetians were in govern of this part of Adriatic cost, until 1806.), Town Guard and Napoleon's Theater (which was build in 1810). All three buildings are integrally saved and adapted for being used as a Hotel. It has extraordinary view: on one side to the Kotor's Bay and see, and on the other to the Old City square, which is also famous for impressive number of manifestations like carnivals and Mediterranean nights.
